Are you interested in expanding your resume and professional network? Join a SITE Chicago Committee! Being involved in a committee takes volunteering to another level of engagement with the chapter. We are looking for members who like to be involved, make a difference and want to enhance their career.

 

SITE Chicago is committed to making the committee experience valuable, educational and most importantly, fun. As a committee member, you will belong to a group of passionate individuals who invest their time in SITE Chicago. Chi Connections is SITE Chicago’s members-only program, bringing together experienced and growing industry professionals across the organization.​
​
SITE defines Young Leader Mentees as any person younger than 35 years and defines a Mentor as an experienced professional with more than 5 years in the industry.
​​
The purpose of Chi Connections is to match Young Leaders with experienced professionals to share career path coaching, networking and leadership development through one-on-one meetings and organized engagements. The program aims to make connections and promote growth across industry segments regardless of industry knowledge and tenure.
